hw6, problem 2. What is phi^F?

For homework 6, problem 2, we are asked to provide the value of phi^F.
I'm not sure what this is referring to.
Is this just the constraint matrix for the specified mechanism? i.e. the combined kinematic and driving constraints (phi^K, phi^D)?

"F" comes from "full".
There is some slide where we introduced this fancy notation.
To cut this to the chase, it's the collection of Kinematic, Driving, and Euler parametrization constraints. That is, all of them stacked on top of each other.
