[edit: realized that there's some seconds-to-ms error in my code. The timings above should be multiplied by a thousand.]

Results on my Computer

Sequential

It took 45.047045 ms to compute
The final result of I is 32.121041
Using OpenMP:

It took 12.471914 ms to compute
The final result of I is 32.121041

Processor:

2Ghz Intel Core I7

Compiler:

Gcc 4.9.3

Euler Results:

Sequential
It took 143.980161 ms to compute
The final results of I is 32.121041

OpenMP:
It took 18.825663 ms to compute
The final results of I is 32.121041

Output: Time mentioned is the average taken over 200 runs
