Using 16 nodes (ppn=1), each data point is an average of three samples.

The plots are as follows.
We can see that for most settings, broadcasting is superior to send/receive one by one.

Code was tested using one node and 16 processors (ppn=16). Solid lines with data points indicate average of 5 runs, and error bars indicate the maximum and minimum timings from the 5 runs.
